11-23-2009 The new exhaust for my Luscombe arrived promptly and fit beautifully. The carb heat muff works well and makes a much cleaner installation. The only problem I have is that now the other side with the old exhaust looks ugly by comparison! Hopefully I'll be able to send that one to you later in the winter. 03-08-2009 Glasair II S-FT driver here, Nebraska. My old exhaust had seen better days, so it was time to spring for a new one, and AEI had the best recommendations. I'm glad I did it. Rich provided amazing customer support prior to the sale, during the build, and after. The actual tech spoke with me during the build. The system arrived as promised, and was stunning to look at... excellent craftsmanship. Chrome and ceramic coating ordered as "extras". Finally got it installed. Have noticed a slight "steel odor" during the first few hours of flight, and Rich provided very timely comments (it will be gone soon.. lubricant issue used during fabrication).
