When the aircraft has an exhaust system in place or a borrowed system is obtained you can send it to our shop and we can duplicate it. We simply find your style engine exhaust pattern. We then build a fixture around the supplied sample and build an all new stainless steel exhaust.

Many times the current system is a good fit for your aircraft and engine combo, but you are getting premature cracking, low cabin heat, it is too loud or other problems. We would then incorporate the proper fix to the newly built system to eliminate the troubles of the old aircraft exhaust system.

In other cases the system that is on your plane is a good fit and it just needs to be repaired or replaced. We then clean and inspect the old exhaust system, inform you of any problems found and find out what you want done. A repair or an all new system built from stainless steel.
